The CBIS also succinctly summarizes the Company’s history,
products, services, status of employees, employee benefits,
facilities, competition, industry, market, sales and marketing
among other information.
Investors, strategic buyers and high net
worth individuals are selected from over 25 data providers
and industry sources and combines them with CFG’s proprietary
investor/buyer database to form the list of US and International
prospects to be contacted by Cfg. Prospects are reached
through a variety of ways including telephone, direct
mail, email, faxes, trade shows and advertising.
